How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your Wibby subscription if you no longer need the service.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing

    • Navigate to the billing section
    • Or go to Account → Billing
  2. Find cancellation option

    • Look for Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan
    • May be under Account Settings or Subscription
  3. Review cancellation

    • Read cancellation terms
    • Understand what happens to your data
    • Review billing information
  4. Provide reason (optional)

    • Share why you're cancelling
    • Help us improve our service
  5. Confirm cancellation

    • Click Cancel Subscription or Confirm Cancellation
    • Confirm you want to proceed
  6. Cancellation complete

    • You'll receive confirmation email
    • Subscription ends at end of billing period
    • Access continues until period ends

What happens when cancelled

During billing period

  • ✅ You keep full access until period ends
  • ✅ All features remain available
  • ✅ No immediate changes

After cancellation

  • ❌ Access ends at end of billing period
  • ❌ No further charges
  • ✅ Data is retained for 30 days (may vary)
  • ✅ You can reactivate within retention period

Data retention

  • Data kept: 30 days after cancellation (check terms)
  • Export data: Download your data before cancellation
  • Reactivation: Can restore account within retention period
  • Permanent deletion: Data deleted after retention period

Reactivating

  • Within retention period: Can reactivate and restore data
  • After retention: Account and data may be permanently deleted
  • Contact support: For help with reactivation
