How do I see upcoming holidays?

View upcoming holidays in Wibby or through Slack integration.

Method 1: In Wibby

1. Go to Calendar & Leaves

   • Click Calendar & Leaves from the menu
   • Or go to Dashboard

2. View calendar

   • Holidays appear marked on the calendar
   • Click on a holiday to see details
   • View list or calendar format

3. Filter holidays

   • Filter by location if you have multiple
   • View all holidays or specific types
   • See public holidays vs company holidays

Method 2: In Slack

1. Open Slack

   • Go to your workspace

2. Use command

   • Type /wibby holidays
   • Or /wibby upcoming holidays
   • Or /wibby holiday calendar

3. View results

   • Bot shows upcoming holidays
   • Includes dates and names
   • Shows next few holidays or full list

Holiday information

You'll see:

• Holiday name: Name of the holiday
• Date: When the holiday occurs
• Type: Public holiday, company holiday, etc.
• Location: Which location it applies to
• Recurring: If it repeats annually

Viewing options

• Today: See if today is a holiday
• This week: Holidays in the current week
• This month: All holidays this month
• Upcoming: Next few holidays
• Full calendar: Complete holiday calendar

Tips

• Check holidays when planning leave
• Holidays don't count against leave balance
• Some holidays may be location-specific
