How do I update my work schedule?

You can update your work schedule if your working days or hours change.

Steps

  1. Go to your profile

    • Click your name in the top right
    • Or go to People → Click your own name
  2. Edit schedule

    • Find Schedule or Work Schedule section
    • Click Edit or the schedule icon
  3. Update schedule details

    • Working days: Select which days you work
    • Hours per day: Set your standard daily hours
    • Time zone: Update if you've moved locations
    • Custom schedule: Set different hours for different days if needed
  4. Save changes

    • Click Save
    • Schedule is updated immediately

Schedule options

  • Standard schedule: Same hours every working day
  • Flexible schedule: Different hours on different days
  • Part-time: Fewer days or hours per week
  • Shift work: Rotating schedules

Important notes

  • Schedule affects leave balance calculations
  • Working days determine which days count as leave
  • Changes may require manager approval (depending on settings)
  • Schedule updates affect future leave requests

Manager/Admin: Update other users' schedules

  1. Go to People → Employees
  2. Select the user
  3. Edit their profile
  4. Update schedule section
  5. Save changes
