How can I downgrade a plan?
Downgrade your plan if you need fewer features or have fewer employees.
Steps
Go to Settings → Plans & Billing
- Navigate to the billing section
- Or go to Account → Billing
View current plan
- See your current plan details
- Review usage and limits
Select downgrade option
- Click Change Plan or Downgrade
- Browse available lower-tier plans
- Compare features
Choose new plan
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to
- Review what features you'll lose
- Confirm it meets your needs
Review impact
- Check employee count (must be within new limit)
- Review feature limitations
- Understand what will change
Confirm downgrade
- Review the changes
- Confirm billing adjustments
- Click Downgrade or Confirm

Before downgrading
- Employee count: Ensure you're within new plan limits
- Features: Review what features you'll lose access to
- Data: Your data is preserved, but some features may be unavailable
- Billing: Changes take effect on next billing cycle
