How can I downgrade a plan?

Downgrade your plan if you need fewer features or have fewer employees.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing

    • Navigate to the billing section
    • Or go to Account → Billing
  2. View current plan

    • See your current plan details
    • Review usage and limits
  3. Select downgrade option

    • Click Change Plan or Downgrade
    • Browse available lower-tier plans
    • Compare features
  4. Choose new plan

    • Select the plan you want to downgrade to
    • Review what features you'll lose
    • Confirm it meets your needs
  5. Review impact

    • Check employee count (must be within new limit)
    • Review feature limitations
    • Understand what will change
  6. Confirm downgrade

    • Review the changes
    • Confirm billing adjustments
    • Click Downgrade or Confirm
