How can I change my Debit / Credit Card information?

Update your payment method to ensure uninterrupted service.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing

    • Navigate to the billing section
    • Or go to Account → Billing
  2. Find payment method

    • Look for Payment Method or Billing Information
    • See current card on file
  3. Update payment method

    • Click Update Payment Method or Change Card
    • Or click Edit next to current card
  4. Enter new card details

    • Card number: Enter new card number
    • Expiry date: Month and year
    • CVV: Security code
    • Cardholder name: Name on card
    • Billing address: If required
  5. Save new card

    • Click Save or Update Card
    • Card is verified and saved
    • New card is now active

Payment security

  • Secure processing: All payments processed securely
  • PCI compliant: Meets payment security standards
  • Encrypted: Card details are encrypted
  • Not stored: Full card numbers not stored by Wibby

Updating billing address

  1. Go to billing settings
  2. Find billing address
  3. Update address details
  4. Save changes

Payment verification

  • Card may be verified with small charge (refunded)
  • Verification usually instant
  • Contact support if verification fails

Multiple payment methods

  • Some plans support multiple payment methods
  • Set primary payment method
  • Add backup payment methods if available

Troubleshooting

  • Card declined: Check card details and funds
  • Verification failed: Contact your bank
  • Update not saving: Try again or contact support
  • Billing issues: Check billing address matches card
