How can I see the profile of another user?

Viewing user profiles helps you see leave balances, schedules, and other information.

Steps

  1. Go to People → Employees

    • Browse the list of employees
    • Or use search to find a specific user
  2. Open user profile

    • Click on the user's name
    • Profile page opens
  3. View profile information

    • Basic info: Name, email, contact details
    • Job information: Title, department, location
    • Leave balance: Current leave balances by type
    • Schedule: Working days and hours
    • Leave history: Past leave requests
    • Upcoming leaves: Scheduled time off

What you can see

As Employee

  • Limited view of other users
  • May see basic info only
  • Depends on company privacy settings

As Manager

  • View team members' profiles
  • See leave balances and history
  • View schedules and upcoming leaves
  • Cannot see all employees (only your team)

As Admin

  • Full access to all user profiles
  • See all information
  • Can edit any user profile
