How can I see the profile of another user?
Viewing user profiles helps you see leave balances, schedules, and other information.
Steps
Go to People → Employees
- Browse the list of employees
- Or use search to find a specific user
Open user profile
- Click on the user's name
- Profile page opens
View profile information
- Basic info: Name, email, contact details
- Job information: Title, department, location
- Leave balance: Current leave balances by type
- Schedule: Working days and hours
- Leave history: Past leave requests
- Upcoming leaves: Scheduled time off
What you can see
As Employee
- Limited view of other users
- May see basic info only
- Depends on company privacy settings
As Manager
- View team members' profiles
- See leave balances and history
- View schedules and upcoming leaves
- Cannot see all employees (only your team)
As Admin
- Full access to all user profiles
- See all information
- Can edit any user profile
