How can I edit my profile?

You can update your personal information, contact details, and some work settings.

Steps

  1. Go to your profile

    • Click your name in the top right corner
    • Or go to People → Click your own name
  2. Edit profile

    • Click Edit or Edit Profile button
    • Or click menu → Edit
  3. Update information

    • Personal details: Name, email, phone
    • Profile picture: Upload or change photo
    • Contact information: Update phone, address
    • Preferences: Notification settings, language
  4. Update work information (if permitted)

    • Schedule: Working days and hours
    • Time zone: If you've moved locations
    • Some fields may require manager approval
  5. Save changes

    • Click Save
    • Changes are applied immediately

  • Name (first and last)
  • Phone number
  • Profile picture
  • Notification preferences
  • Password and security settings

May require approval

  • Work schedule
  • Department assignment
  • Location
  • Leave policy

Profile sections

  • Personal Information: Name, email, phone
  • Job Information: Title, department, location (view-only or editable)
