What it can do

Enabling the assistant
- Go to Settings → Wibby Assistant.
- Toggle Enable assistant.
- Choose the help collections and workflows you want to expose.
- Customize the greeting and tone.
Training data
- Pulls from your published documentation in real time.
- Supports snippets, FAQs, and quick actions.
- Use tags to limit which content appears in certain contexts.
Analytics
