Wibby Assistant is the in-app virtual helper that answers routine questions so your HR team can focus on strategic work.

What it can do

  • Surface help articles contextually inside the app.
  • Walk employees through common flows such as requesting leave.
  • Suggest automations or integrations based on usage patterns.
  • Escalate to a human when someone needs live support.

Enabling the assistant

  1. Go to Settings → Wibby Assistant.
  2. Toggle Enable assistant.
  3. Choose the help collections and workflows you want to expose.
  4. Customize the greeting and tone.

Training data

  • Pulls from your published documentation in real time.
  • Supports snippets, FAQs, and quick actions.
  • Use tags to limit which content appears in certain contexts.

Analytics

  • See deflection rates and top questions.
  • Identify articles that need updates.
  • Export transcripts for quality review.
